X-Dream Co. Warranty Notice

In the past year, we have noticed a lot of "OEM Products", “illegal imports”, “QC Reject products” and in some cases even “FAKE” products (Shanghai reported some fake Odyssey products) from factories and CNC specialist in China & Taiwan leaking into the Hong Kong & China market.

In order to protect the reputation of the companies that X-Dream Co. distribute for in Hong Kong and China, and the quality assurance of the products from these companies, X-Dream Co. have decided to carry out the following measures starting 1st November 2005

• X-Dream Co. WILL NOT sell service parts (for example; Hub internal parts, crank internal parts) to people that have bought their parts outside X-Dream Co. or X-Dream Co.’s authorized dealers

• X-Dream Co. WILL NOT carry out warranty for any bicycles or parts bought outside X-Dream Co., including MAIL ORDER bikes or parts.  All warranty or aftermarket replacement parts have to be brought or sent into X-Dream Co. or our authorized dealers for warranty service or repairs.

• X-Dream Co. WILL black list and report any shops or websites selling “illegal imports” or QC reject products” in Hong Kong and china to the suppliers of X-Dream Co.

• X-Dream Co. will have final decisions on the proof of purchase for any warranty parts.
